A primer designed especially for those who are easily scared with regards their third eye experiences, or want longer explanations to how extra-sensory senses work. For folks who have sudden access/energies to sounds, sights, feelings while also going through enormous in-real-life transformations, decoding and managing messages can feel daunting. In this primer we go through techniques and specific cases to be able to work with your senses in a more manageable way.
